Romancing Ireland, Episode 6

Five members of the country’s non-Irish national communities took on the Romancing Ireland challenge – to cook a meal, designated by their compatriots as the most favourite of their country – and to do so using only Irish ingredients. The fusion dishes that they produced proved, beyond a doubt, that international cuisine doesn’t need carbon-costly imports. The findings of the series are explored, with an environmental expert, in this final episode.
