Romancing Ireland, Episode 2
When Tanguy Escaron took on the Romancing Ireland challenge, to cook the favourite French dish of his compatriots living in Ireland – but using only Irish produce, it’s doubtful that he had any idea just how imaginative he’d have to be. After all, the dish called for wine and lemons – two ingredients that Ireland is certainly not known for.
