Fusion Kitchen is a six part series where chefs and cooking enthusiasts from six nations cook the foods from their homelands for each other, under the expert guidance of TV chef Tara Walker.
Funded by Coimisiún na Meán under its Sound and Vision initiative, and supported by Louth Local Development’s SICAP team, the series aired on Dublin’s community channel DCTV. It’s now available on demand here on TVIE. The online release coincided the annual ‘Taste of All Nations’ event in Drogheda, run by multicultural organisation Hands4Unity, which was an inspiration for the series.
