Fusion Kitchen is a warm and engaging cooking series where people from diverse communities across Ireland share simple, traditional dishes from their home cultures. In this, the first of six episodes, Ukrainian chef Mykola, from Lucy Café - Ireland's first Ukrainian eatery on Dublin's Clanbrassil Street - joins TV chef Tara Walker in her kitchen to cook up the recipes from his mother and grandmother for his fellow multinational food enthusiasts.
